At Candide Jewels, we work with our clientele to create the jewel of their dreams.  From engagement rings to anniversary gifts, birthday presents and more, we offer an intimate and personalized service, available both virtually or in person.

What is the Bespoke Process?

1. Share your thoughts

Complete our Bespoke Consultation Form and share as much information as possible (style, gemstone, budget, etc...) about the jewel that you are looking to create. 

2. Meet with us 

We will then schedule a free online consultation with our team, to get started and go through the details. Should you decide to go ahead, you will pay an initial Bespoke design deposit at this time to get started on stone sourcing and design (the amount will be deducted from the final purchase of your piece). You will work closely with our team to imagine your preferred design and gemstone. 

3. Stone sourcing 

Based on the design we have finalized together, our team will now source several options for your perfect gemstone. At this stage, we will also be able to provide you with precise quotes for your future jewel. Depending on your location, we will present these stones to you either in person, or via HD videos and pictures.

4. Final Design

Once we have found the gemstone that makes your heart sing, we will finalize the design. You will be able to view 3D CAD rendering before approving your design and then your jewel will be scheduled for production! 

5. Scheduling

The whole process typically takes 4-6 weeks from deposit to completion and will be dependent on a number of factors, including the time it takes to find the ideal gemstone and to finalize the design. We will keep in touch with you every few weeks throughout the production period to let you know how your jewel is advancing.
